On the contrary, the term is quite definitive. And you clearly haven't seen all of the times the spirit bomb was used, it can be very fast, depending on how much "umph" Goku puts into it, as seen various times. And he'd have some trouble dodging a gigantic fast spirit bomb. The Flash can't out-speed instant transmission, since it's, well, ya know, INSTANT and all, and Goku only got better and faster at using it, so yes, that WOULD give Goku an advantage.

I don't think a spirit bomb can travel fast enough to give Superman trouble.
True, the Flash can't out-speed it, but the Flash, when compared to Goku, moves many times faster. I would Give Goku the advantage in traveling, but high speed movement has to go to Superman.
Here's a few easy ones. Goku's Spirit Bomb and Instant Transmission. The Spirit Bomb can draw energy from a planet, a galaxy, solar system, as much as he goes for. As for Instant Transmission, he can teleport anywhere he pleases, and can even teleport several people with him. I dunno, I haven't heard of Superman doing either. Keep in mind these are just the minor things that already outweight Supes.

First off, Spirit Bombs only affect those who have an evil heart or who aren't pure of heart. The term is not definitive, so we cannot say, for 100%, that it would affect Superman. Secondly, the Spirit Bomb is extremely slow, and Superman's speed feats show he could easily maneuver around it. Thirdly, although Goku can use instant transmission, it doesn't give him any kind of speed advantage. Superman has been shown to keep up with the like of the Flash. He has great speed and can travel between galaxies in seconds:
"Anyways, it's been proven that superman has flown at lightspeed before"
That's cool. Goku's older, and not to mention much slower/weaker brother, was faster than the speed of light.
I don't even like Goku but I'll admit Goku would whoop Supes any day of the week. Unless Supes fought an early Goku, in which case that could go either way.

You've kept repeating your baseless claim that Raditz is faster than light for 3 comments now. If I said "I'm faster than light" one-million times over, that wouldn't make it true. Raditz was able to dodge a special beam cannon. The speed of the SBC isn't able to be determined b/c of the insufficient evidence given in the manga. The Manga being the true, unaltered source.
All Raditz was able to do was sidestep the beam. Just because you can dodge something doesn't mean you are as fast as it. I can dodge a 90mph pitch thrown at me, that doesn't mean I can run 90mph. Also, the SBC hit Raditz' shoulder. What a feat! -_-
I admit the animated version of Superman would lose to Goku, but there are hundreds of other versions of Superman that are far superior to Goku in every way. These being All-Star Superman, Current Superman, Pre-Crisis Superman, and Superman One-Million.
